This project was a $2.5 million dollar renovation of an old abandoned school into apartments and townhouses. The existing two-story and basement school was abandoned and ready for revitalization. The project required real estate acquisition, planning, design, engineering and construction management.
The project was partially funded and coordinated with Pennsylvania Housing and Finance Authority (PHFA). The project converted the structure into (4) Town-homes, (16) Apartments and a storage area located in the basement. All areas of the building were renovated, including walls, floors and ceiling finishes, electrical systems and services, mechanical and HAC services, and exterior refurbishment.
