The project was a $5.0 million dollar renovation of an previously occupied Keystone Residence.
The building was acquired by Lackawanna College and is an integral part in their continued development and advancement of facilities and programs. The building is an existing 5 story structure that required a considerable amount of renovation for its proposed use.
The upper floor houses ACT 120 training and classroom facilities for Lackawanna College. Floors 2-4 are dedicated to student residences. The first floor operates as an admission reception area. The basement was converted into library facilities.
The project required selective demolition of architectural and structural features, and complete replacement of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
