The $5 Million dollar project developed a property formerly occupied by blighted single family residences into a 8,000 sf Walgreen’s. Mark Construction administered the property acquisition and real estate development, site preparation, building design and engineering, local and state permitting issues, as well as building construction on behalf of a private developer.
The property was the first in a series of projects that created a robust investment in the area of Scranton's west side. Quickly following the completion of this project directly opposite this project was developed a new branch bank and drive thru for Fidelity bank. Future projects are in development for other locations in this area.
